1. License & Purpose
You may use Union 2.0 solely for internal trial or experimental purposes.
- No production use is allowed
- No commercial deployments
- If you wish to deploy to production, please contact us for a commercial license
2. Feedback Loop
You're joining a collaborative beta. We may, from time to time, ask for feedback through:
- Slack
- Webinars
You agree to:
- Share feedback proactively or when asked
- Allow us to use your feedback to improve Flyte and Union
- Grant Union the unrestricted right to incorporate suggestions (without attribution or compensation)
3. Your Data = Yours
- We do not want, do not need, and will not access your production data or customer/user data
- You retain 100% ownership of all your data, models, and work
- We only retain rights to the feedback you voluntarily share with us
4. Staying in the Beta
You’ll remain in the program as long as:
- You are actively using Union 2.0 for internal trials or experiments, and
- You continue providing meaningful feedback
We may remove access at any time, for any reason.
5. No Warranties
Union 2.0 Beta is provided “AS IS”, without any guarantees. You acknowledge that:
- It may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change
- Use is at your own risk
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Indirect or special damages
Our total liability under this agreement is capped at $100.
7. Termination
You or Union may end this agreement at any time. When that happens:
- You must stop using the Beta
- Delete any Union Beta materials
8. Legal Stuff
- Governing Law: New York, USA
- No assignment of this Agreement without consent
- This is the entire agreement for your Beta participation
